An Autumn Reading List

This past year I have been really enjoying books and have branched out with what I've been reading. I am two chapters away from finishing 'Emma' by Jane Austen, and I've really enjoyed it. So there are a few books I really want to read which I thought I'd share with you all.

If you guys want book reviews or a roundup every few months or so, let me know in the comments!

ME BEFORE YOU - JOJO MOYES
This is the first on my list. I haven't watched the film but unfortunately I know a major spoiler. However luckily I don't know the details and I am so excited to read this. It is quite a big book and is about a girl who becomes a carer for a man who is disabled, and how their friendship and relationship develops. After reading three classics recently I am excited to return to a modern prose.

CITY OF FALLEN ANGELS - CASSANDRA CLARE
I read the first five books in the series consecutively because those were the ones I owned, but I never got round to buying the sixth and final book. So I really need to pick this up because I need closure!! Annoyingly as its been so long I can't remember much of what has happened, but a quick reminder on Google would fix that.

THE LITTLE BOOK OF HYGGE - MEIK WIKING
I don't fully support hygge as a trend because it is a genuine culture and lifestyle in Denmark, not just throwing on a few blankets and making a hot drink. But I am intrigued as to what it entails, as hygge doesn't have a direct translation. The best way to describe is it enjoying the little things in life. I'd love to read this book to find out more about what Danes do, as they are the happiest country on the globe.

What books are on your reading list?
