Winter Skincare Staples

Hey guys its Phoebe! Winter has well and truly arrived, and with the weather so cold at the moment, I've definitely had to make a few changes to my skincare routine. My skin isn't usually dry, however when the weather suddenly changes quite quickly, my skin gets a bit flaky and I have to moisturise a lot more than usual. These are a few of my staple products for when that does happen to my skin, which work everytime.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream

This stuff is absolutely incredible. For £12, it does sound like quite a lot, but it lasts forever and does the job perfectly. I don't use this religiously or anything, but when I do use it twice a day for a week or so, my under eyes feel so moisurised and also are a lot lighter in colour. The product is so nourishing yet doesn't feel heavy at all.

Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream & Garnier Moisture Match

Two of my favourite moisturisers; these two products are simply amazing. I talked about the Elemis one in my November faves a couple of posts ago, so I'll just summarise what it is like briefly: lightweight yet rich, smells great, leaves your face leaving moisturised all day long. The Garnier one does pretty much the same job, however a bit more heavy duty due to its thicker formula. It is so cheap too so I recommend Garnier over Elemis!

Botanics Super Balm

This product is honestly my holy grail skincare product. Any dry patch you have, after a couple of days, this product will completely sort it out. I tend to use this on my lips everyday to moisturise them, but when I have especially dry skin I use it sparingly on my face, as it is so rich and heavy duty. It is quite cheap too, so you get amazing value.

Elemis Cellular Recovery Skin Bliss Capsules : Rose

These are basically little capsules with gel-like moisturiser inside them, that make your skin instantly glow! Like the Elemis moisturiser, I only have a tester of this, so I only use the capsules for emergencies or special occasions. They smell very lightly of rose, so it isn't too overpowering. When you use one of these capsules, your skin instantly lights up in a really healthy glow!

Maybelline Dr Rescue Baby Lips in Pink Me Up

Okay you guys have heard me rave about this since we started this blog in May, so I'll try not to bore you haha! This lip balm has a slight pink tint, but it isn't too noticeable. I find that my lips feel moisturised for such a long time when I use this, and I also think it makes a big difference to how my lips are.

I hope you enjoyed this post :)

Byeee! X
